How much space do I need?

When measuring space for your slumber party space, please allow 1m wide x  1.85m long for each tent/foam mattress/tray table combination.  We set up sleepovers in rooms of all shapes and sizes. We can be very creative so please let us worry about the layout. 

Do you clean after each party?

Most definitely. We clean and sanitise all items after every party to ensure optimal levels of hygiene for all of our customers. We pride ourselves on supplying immaculate, clean and comfortable sleepovers. 

When is payment due?

 Your party is not confirmed until payment and booking form have been received. The remaining balance is due on the date of set-up.

Do you have insurance?

 Yes!  Safety is a priority for us. We have full Public Liability Insurance. We understand accidents happen and all we ask is that you inform us on collect if an item has been damaged or broken. We don't ask for a deposit just honesty.  

When do you deliver and pick up?

We will try our very best to meet your preferred times of delivery or pickup. We will work around your requirements. If you book a party, please ensure you have someone available at your home during set-up and collection times.

Terms & Conditions

Applicable to all Bell Tent & Sleepover Bookings

1. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit (amount to be confirmed) is required at the time of booking to secure your date.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before the event.
  • Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

2. Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will forfeit the deposit.
  • In the unlikely event we need to cancel due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

3. Set-Up & Collection

  • We will arrange a convenient time with you for both set-up and collection.
  • Please ensure the area for the tent is clear, level, and free of any obstructions before we arrive.
  • We reserve the right to refuse set-up if the area is unsuitable or unsafe, with no refund.

4. Equipment Care

  • All equipment provided must be treated with care and returned in the same condition it was hired.
  • No shoes, face paint, or food inside the sleepover tents, and no naked flames or smoking near any of our equipment.

5. Liability

  • We hold public liability insurance; however, we accept no responsibility for injury or damage caused by misuse of our equipment or failure to follow guidelines.
  • Adult supervision is required at all times during the hire period.
  • The customer is responsible for the safety and behaviour of all guests using the tents and equipment.

6. Weather Policy

  • Outdoor tents are weather-dependent. In the event of severe weather (high winds, storms), we may not be able to erect the tent safely. In such cases, an indoor setup or date change will be offered where possible.

7. COVID-19 & Illness Policy

  • If your booking is affected due to illness or isolation, we will try to reschedule where possible.
  • We reserve the right to refuse set-up if anyone at the property is unwell with a contagious illness.

8. Use of Photos

  • We may take photographs of the set-up for use on our website and social media. If you would prefer we do not take or use photos, please let us know in advance.
